Welcome to The Grassroots’ Club.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in the services, programs, and facilities offered by the Club.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is exclusive to Grassroots Leaders affiliated with relevant committees recognized by the People’s Association. All members must abide by the Club’s constitution and rules.
2. Use of Facilities
Members must comply with all safety regulations, booking procedures, and rules set by the Club and its partner facilities.
Any misuse of, or damage to, facilities accessed through the Club’s partnerships may result in penalties or suspension of privileges.
Partner facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, private functions, or other operational requirements.
- The Club shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages sustained by members or their guests while using partner facilities, except where required by law.
3. Event Participation
Advance registration is required for most Club events.
The Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at its discretion.
Event participants must conduct themselves respectfully and uphold community values.
By attending events organised by the Club, you consent to photography, audio and/or video recording, and their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction for purposes including but not limited to event coverage, marketing and promotional materials (such as video productions, publications, the Club’s website, or social media platforms), as well as archival and future reference. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the staff in charge of the event to withdraw your consent.
4. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
Uphold the spirit of volunteerism and community unity
Show mutual respect to fellow members and staff
Avoid any behavior that may bring disrepute to the Club

All content on this site is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of any materials is prohibited.
The Club is not liable for any external links or third-party services.
